History

FADS has been a part of the lives of the people from the Finley district since its inception in 1954. 

The first production was 'Happiest Days of your Life'. 

This production was reprised in 1994 as part of the 40th anniversary celebrations of FADS. 

Since 1954,  FADS has gone from strength to strength, producing many entertaining and  polished performances.

This year, 2001, FADS and the Finley Musical Society have merged to become the Finley Amateur Dramatic and Musical Society (FADAMS).  This merger will only add to the professionalism of our small dramatic  society.
